On 17, 18 and June 19 were held in Santa Cruz de La Palma in the auditorium of Cajacanarias, the Traditional Astronomy III Conference organized by the Association Irueña Astrotour La Palma Isla Bonita, with the support of the Government of the Canary Islands Cabildo Insular de La Palma, Ader and other agencies and institutions. The contents covered the sky revolved around past and present, exploring photographic effects, simulators, astronomy, knowledge of the sky by the awara (religious symbols) and the spiritual universe of the ancient Canary Islanders. The conference concluded with "the sacred path of awara", visiting the GTC and the spectacular score lunisolar Las Lajitas.
